Fine Vermicelli Lettuce Wrap
Fine Vermicelli are thin rice noodles, steamed together to create crepe like layered noodle patties. Served with whole leaf lettuce, pickled carrots, daikon, cucumber and fish sauce for lettuce wrapping. Meats marinated with spicy cayenne, fish sauce, soy sauce, lemongrass and brown sugar. (During busy times these items will take longer to prepare.)
